they call me zombie

teen novel series

I was thrilled to be asked by the author to design the cover for the second book in the popular They Call Me Zombie series. The positive reception led to an exciting opportunity to create the cover for the third book and prompted a redesign of the first book for its reprint. Working on these covers was both creatively fulfilling and a rewarding way to contribute to a series that deeply resonates with its audience. I’m grateful for the chance to be part of its success.

The second book in the popular teen series was the first installment for which I had the privilege of designing the cover. This opportunity marked the beginning of my involvement with the series, setting the stage for my subsequent work on the covers for the third book and a redesign of the original first book.

The third book in the teen series was my second cover design. I aimed to create a more terrifying cover than my first, “Hope,” evoking suspense and fear while subtly hinting at the monster, leaving room for readers’ imaginations.

THEY CALL ME ZOMBIE

poster series

The posters were carefully designed to boost engagement and excitement for the series in classrooms, libraries, and bookstores. Used as promotional giveaways before the book launch, their goal was to build anticipation for the release and renew interest in previous books. By placing them in high-traffic areas and distributing them to fans, we aimed to create buzz and deepen the readers’ connection to the series, ensuring an enthusiastic launch.

Outdoor signage

A striking 6-foot-wide outdoor banner was prominently displayed in the weeks leading up to the event, designed to catch attention and generate buzz. Positioned strategically, the banner served as a bold visual invitation, helping to build anticipation and drive foot traffic to the Open House.
